Postals de Nadal / Xmas cards

Us mostro una de les postals que vaig fer per aquest passat Nadal 2012. Quina pena no haver-ne fet més fotos! perquè la que us penjo és el primer proototip i ja se sap que a mida que vas creant i practicant, a banda que cada una és diferent a l’altra, vas incorporant nous elements que milloren la composició i resultat final. Bé, no sempre!

Tenien la particularitat que portaven una xapa de tela també feta per mi mateixa. En un altre post us explico com.

L’arbre és fet amb la portada de la revista del número de Nadal del barri del Paral·lel de Barcelona que portava una fotografia amb les llums que es pengen a aquesta avinguda plena de teatres (de fet la temàtica de les llums són elements de cabaret). Com que la portada també es felicitava el “Nadal des del Paral·lel” ho vaig aprofitar per enganxar-ho a la postal (ja que jo visc en aquest barri). Es tracta de doblegar el paper en forma d’arbre, és molt fàcil, aquí teniu unes instruccions.

I show you one of the postcards that I did for this past Christmas 2012. What a pity not to take more pics! Because what the xmas card I show you is the first prototype and already it knows as time you’re creating,  in spite of that each one is different to the other, you’re incorporating new elements that improve the composition and final result. Well, not always!

This Xmas card had an special feature: they brought a pin of fabric also done for by myself. Into another post I’ll explain you how.

The tree is done with the cover of a Xmas number magazine of Paral·lel neighbourhood of Barcelona that brought a photography with the lights that hang to this avenue full of theatres (in fact the topic of the lights are elements of varieté and burlesque).

As the cover also congratulated the “Christmas since Paral.lel” i also use to stick  it to the postcard (because I live in this neighbourhood). You have to bend the paper in shape of tree, is very easy, here you have some instructions.
